Description

Delightfully fresh and nutritious way of cooking vitamin packed sunflower greens grown in your own home.

Ingredients

1 c
Sunflower baby greens
1 clv
Garlic (Minced finely)
1 ds
Soy light sauce
2 T
Canola or sunflower oil

Ripe tomatos (Dice into small chunks)
1  
Small red onion (Diced thinly)
1  
Small ripe mango (Diced in to small pieces)
1 clv
Garlic (Minced finely)
1 pn
Salt
1⁄2  
Juice of lemon
2 T
Olive oil
1⁄2 t
Black pepper

Fresh red chilli (Finely chopped)
1⁄2 c
Baby radish greens

Instructions

Sunflower Greens Cooking Method

1. Heat oil in pan until hot.
2. Fry minced garlic until fragrant
3. Toss in sunflower greens and quickly swirl around the pan until lightly cook.
4. Season with soy sauce and serve.

Spicy Tomato Salsa Method

1. Mix tomato, onion and mango in a big salad bowl.
2. Add in lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, chilli and oil. Mix well and refrigerate for 15 minutes for flavour to meld.
3. Stir in radish greens and serve.
